This website, sedrazero.com, is operated by Sedra ("Sedra", "we", "us"), based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Sedra is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any question about your data, contact privacy@sedrazero.com.
Data we collect
- Information you send us through the demo request form or by email: your name, company, work email, phone number, the need you select and your message.
- Technical data processed automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This data is processed by our hosting provider and by the services that deliver fonts and scripts to your browser.
Where you contact us from another country, for example in the Gulf or North Africa, we also apply the data protection requirements of that country where they apply to us.
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers, and does not set cookies for profiling.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, arrange a demonstration and send you the information you asked for.
- To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We process data you send us on the basis of your consent and of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You can withdraw your consent at any time. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate, such as our website hosting and email providers, under obligations of confidentiality and security, and with authorities when the law requires it.
Transfers outside the Kingdom
Some of our service providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia. Where this happens, we apply the conditions for cross-border transfers set by the PDPL and its implementing regulations, and we limit the data transferred to what is necessary.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a business relationship requires us to keep it longer or the law requires a different period. Data is then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the PDPL, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal data is processed;
- access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
- request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request the destruction of data that is no longer needed;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to privacy@sedrazero.com. We will reply within the period set by the law. You may also lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
Security
We protect personal data with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access restricted to the people who need it, and monitoring of our systems.
The Sedra platform
This policy covers the website. Data processed in the Sedra platform on behalf of our clients is governed by the client agreement and its data processing terms, in which the client is the controller of its data.
